  • Teaching and Learning Division, Queensland University of Technology – developed a communication plan for Reframe (QUT’s new approach to evaluating learning and teaching); the project involved a series of qualitative interviews with staff and students
  • School Based Vaccination Program, Queensland Health – developed an approach for communicating with parents and students about school-based vaccination; the project involved qualitative interviews with service providers, parents, and students, and involved developing promotional materials for schools and service providers to use as they implement the program
  • Spiritus Social Services – researched and developed a framework to guide the collection of client feedback at Spiritus Social Services; the project included a literature review, interviews with staff, developing the framework and a supporting toolkit, and working with staff to revise the framework and toolkit through several iterations
  • Australian Institute of Health Policy Studies – Judy Gregory was the Principal Researcher for a project examining consumer engagement in Australian health policy
  • ACID – Australasian CRC for Interaction Design – research to inform organisational planning
  • Tenants’ Union of Queensland – research to review the publications produced for tenants by the Tenants’ Union
  • Bond University Centre for Research in Evidence-Based Practice – facilitated a two-day symposium about community jury research
  • Griffith University (disability and rehabilitation researchers) – facilitated a staff planning retreat at Kingscliff
  • Griffith Health Institute – facilitated a staff planning session for the Population and Social Health Research Program
  • Griffith Health Institute – facilitated a Citizens’ Jury in Brisbane to explore whether taxation could be an appropriate strategy for addressing childhood obesity
  • Early Childhood Teachers’ Association Conference 2012 – facilitated a workshop about communicating with parents (using Zing)
  • Consumers Health Forum of Australia – facilitated a series of national consumer workshops, including the Community Quality Use of Medicines and Diagnostics Project (June 2011), two workshops to discuss the Quality Framework for the Medicare Benefits Schedule (May 2010 and February 2011), and a workshop to discuss the proposed Personally Controlled Electronic Health Record (February 2011)
  • Cairns Young Chamber of Commerce – worked with Tracey Wilson from Working Visions to provide Zing-based workshops for the break-out sessions at the Cairns Young Chamber Leadership Symposium (July 2011); wrote a summary of the day’s activities
  • Australian Institute of Health Policy Studies – planned, organised, and facilitated a series of deliberative community forums about health policy for preventing illness and maintaining wellness, including two deliberative forums in Parramatta in August 2009 (in partnership with Bupa Australia) and a deliberative forum in Melbourne in August 2009 (in partnership with Australian Unity)
