School Based Vaccination Program, Queensland Health – developed an approach for communicating with parents and students about school-based vaccination; the project involved qualitative interviews with service providers, parents, and students, and involved developing promotional materials for schools and service providers to use as they implement the program
Spiritus Social Services – researched and developed a framework to guide the collection of client feedback at Spiritus Social Services; the project included a literature review, interviews with staff, developing the framework and a supporting toolkit, and working with staff to revise the framework and toolkit through several iterations

Consumers Health Forum of Australia – facilitated a series of national consumer workshops, including the Community Quality Use of Medicines and Diagnostics Project (June 2011), two workshops to discuss the Quality Framework for the Medicare Benefits Schedule (May 2010 and February 2011), and a workshop to discuss the proposed Personally Controlled Electronic Health Record (February 2011)
